By using TrendMuse ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Description

TrendMuse provides AI-powered Shopify store scanning, trend analysis, and design generation tools for fashion businesses.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account security and all activity under it.

4. Credits & Payments

• Free accounts receive 50 design credits.
• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
• Refunds available within 7 days for unused credits. Contact support@trendmuse.app.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service to scrape stores for malicious purposes, reverse-engineer the platform, or violate any laws.

6. Generated Content

AI-generated designs are for reference and inspiration. You may use them commercially, but we make no guarantees about originality or IP clearance.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
